Party A provides the following cross-border medical intermediary services:

2.1 Medical Coordination
- Recommend suitable partner hospitals in Shanghai based on patient's condition
- Assist with specialist appointments, hospitalization, and surgery scheduling
- Coordinate translation of medical records

2.2 Translation & Accompaniment
- Professional medical translation (English/Russian/Chinese/Korean/Japanese)
- Full visit accompaniment
- Medical document translation

2.3 Travel Assistance
- Medical visa invitation letter
- Airport transfer arrangement
- Accommodation recommendations

2.4 Post-treatment Follow-up
- Rehabilitation guidance
- Remote follow-up arrangement
- Medication guidance

2.5 Party A declares: It is a medical intermediary platform, not a medical institution. Actual medical services are provided directly by partner institutions.

3.1 Medical Fees - Paid directly by Party B to the hospital account.

3.2 Intermediary Service Fees (paid to Party A):
- Coordination fee: as per price list
- Translation fee: daily/per-visit rate
- Travel assistance: at actual cost
- Deposit: 20%-30% of treatment cost, triggers appointment process
- Balance: paid upon hospital visit

3.3 Personal Expenses - Flights, accommodation, meals borne by Party B.

3.4 Refund Policy:
- Full refund before appointment confirmation
- No refund after confirmation
- Force majeure: negotiated settlement

4.1 Obligations: Honestly inform about partner hospitals; provide quality translation; protect privacy; coordinate promptly.

4.2 Rights: Know basic health information; adjust recommendations; collect agreed fees.

5.1 Obligations: Provide truthful health information; follow medical advice; pay fees on time; provide valid documents.

5.2 Rights: Know treatment plan and costs; choose/change hospitals; request translator change; privacy protection.

6.1 Party B understands: All medical procedures carry risks; long-distance travel may affect health; standards vary by country; results are individual.

6.2 Party B confirms: Decision made with full information; voluntarily accepts reasonable risks; understands Party A is intermediary only.

7.1 Party A keeps confidential: personal identity, medical records, payment information.

7.2 Data used only for service delivery; shared with partners only with written consent.

7.3 Records kept 2 years after service completion; early destruction upon request.

7.4 Legal Compliance:
- Party A complies with China's Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), Data Security Law, and Cybersecurity Law
- Party A complies with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data"
- Party A complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (for EU residents)
- Cross-border data transfers follow security assessment requirements

8.1 Governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to the Civil Code, Personal Information Protection Law, and Medical Institution Management Regulations.

8.2 Disputes resolved through negotiation first.

8.3 Litigation at court of Party A's registration if negotiation fails.

8.4 Chinese version prevails in case of discrepancy.

9.1 Effective upon signing or electronic confirmation.

9.2 Terminated when: all services completed; mutual agreement; force majeure.

9.3 Article 7 (Privacy) survives termination.

10.1 Supplementary agreements have equal legal force.
